Shipping & Returns


Processing time: 2-3 business days.

Shipping cost is the customer's responsibility. It still remains customer's responsibility in the event of a return.

All shipments will be made through USPS. Customers will be provided with a tracking number. 

If a customer is shipping a product back to Represent, any carrier may be used, but please provide a tracking number.



Returns are accepted within 15 days of product arrival. However:

1) Must be in original condition

2) Cost of shipping is the customer's responsibility

3) If a product breaks in return transit, it's up to the discretion of Represent to determine a refund.

4) Only 100% refund on damaged products IF damaged upon arrival to the customer. In order to get a refund or replacement product, the customer MUST email [email protected] with a picture of the damaged product.
